The Process
SITE VISIT
Every floor starts with a site visit, allowing us to inspect the existing substrate, carry out moisture testing, take measurements, and identify any potential issues before work begins.
We'll discuss design ideas, color combinations, finishes and the most suitable flooring system for your space, ensuring the final result looks exactly how you envisioned it.
INSTALL
Before installation begins, you'll receive a sample board of your chosen floor for final approval. Once approved, the installation will commence.
Installation take 1-5 days, depending on the size, system, and complexity of the project. This includes thorough preparation, such as grinding, sanding, repairs, and treatment to create the perfect foundation for the epoxy.
The chosen resin system is then installed in multiple stages, with each coat carefully installed to achieve the desired appearance, durability, and performance.
To maintain the highest standards, access to the installation area is restricted throughout the process.This precaution prevents contamination from dust, debris, and foot traffic, ensuring that the layers cure correctly.
FINAL INSPECTION & AFTERCARE
Once the floor has cured, we carry out a final inspection to ensure every detail meets our standards, followed by the application of the protective topcoat.
We provide aftercare guidance, including cleaning and maintenance advice, to help preserve the appearance of your epoxy flooring for years to come.
